About us

Overview

The Institute of Social Development Practices is a dynamic organisation in the education industry, specializing in mentorship, career guidance, skills development, and entrepreneurship training and development. We empower individuals and communities by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in today’s evolving socio-economic landscape. We are focused on supporting government’s initiative to create employment for citizens by promoting an entrepreneurial mindset where we encourage job creation rather than job seeking. We also empower graduates within the social sciences, arts and humanities to embrace digital technological tools and expertise to increase their marketability. We have established partnerships with like-minded organisations such as Centre for Organisation Leadership Development, Fate Consultancy, Netone, City of Harare, Sustainability Hub and G.E.M Consulting. We continue to explore mutually beneficial partnerships aimed at effectively contributing to social development in Zimbabwe.
